Aaron Wilson joined EONXI in 2020 and plays a key role in driving the firm’s investment strategy across consumer tech, XR, AI, and gaming. While at EONXI, he led the firm’s investment into Aimlabs, a leading cognitive training platform for gamers and esports athletes. He is also the Co-Founder of Approved Jets, one of the fastest-growing private aviation brokerages, serving HNWIs, public figures, and Fortune 500 clients.

In addition, Aaron founded Wilson Talent Solutions, a premier recruiting and workforce strategy firm helping enterprises attract and retain top-tier talent.His background spans SaaS, private equity, human capital, and fundraising. He previously held leadership roles at Soni Resources Group, Lloyd Staffing, and Forrest Solutions, and began his career at JPMorgan Chase.

Aaron holds a Business degree from Binghamton University School of Management, where he currently serves on the board. His founder-first approach and operational insight are central to EONXI’s mission to scale disruptive, high-growth ventures.
