Product Designer

EONXI Studio is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Technical Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Hybrid Product Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical development and product strategy, driving the successful execution of our studio projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and product management principles, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for studio projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and artists to define product vision and strategy.
• Translate business goals and user needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of products through data analysis and user feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
